I 'bee' what I 'bee!'

We've had a bit of an interesting thing lately. Somewhere near my bedroom window is a bee's nest. Now a handful have been getting in my room thru a crack in between my fan and the windowsill. Now the funny thing is, they go from my room to the kitchen, the next room (and you pass very close to them not noticing initially and they won't both you or make their presence known), conjugate at the back door and wait for it to be opened to fly out! Okay mother nature. Since we're not bothering you, you're not going to hurt us! ๐Ÿ™ƒ

So they come into your house and just wait to be let back out?

It appears. What I'm starting to think is, although seems to be out of season, it might be the young queens and males and their mating/ looking for new locations

Da noi capita che arrivono le api quando mangiamo fuori sul terrazzo alla sera. Qualsiasi cosa mangiamo, loro arrivano. Carne, pesce, salumi, frutta...

You have to fix it before it gets cold and your house becomes a hive for themย

You're right. Didn't really think they would be trying to establish new locations in the fall.
