Verification issue…

Is anyone else having trouble getting a sms message with a verification code when trying to redeem a gift card? This is only the second time I have had any issue redeeming rewards. The first time it took several emails and over a week to resolve, but since that time everything has been smooth. Then today it is a different issue and different error message. I like this app so I don't want to sound negative, just wondering if anyone else is facing a similar concern or if they have a resolution. Thanks!
