Oh my, he must have been a bit sheltered in the way of alcohol. I actually got mildly drunk for the first time at age 28 just this previous Friday in fact. I didn't even know I was drunk.
My son came to me tonight to ask me how different businesses price their products and I was telling him. He then ask how bars and clubs make their money and started talking about drinks.
Now bless this child's heart, also considering he, at 24, has never gone to a bar or club or had the desire as far as i know to go, he thought a shot of alcohol, even the cheapest, well brand was $1! ๐ Yes, he drinks beer and has made screwdrivers and got nips to drink at home) Even when I was young (I'm now 64), it wasn't a dollar. ๐
