CashWalk Thinks that I am in a Different Country - Can't access rewards page

Hello,

 

I can't access the reward page om the Cashwalk app since it believes I am in a different country. Attached photo says it all. How can I resolve this issue? I have ~7,600 steps. I should note that I have sent 2 messages to the email on that 'Contact Us,' link (support@cashwalk.io), but I am getting no response. Thanks and best.

    21.97 - I have no idea ad I've never encountered this. I guess a try the standard clear cache and uninstall/reinstall trick. Good luck!

    You have 7600 steps or coins. Check you VNP. I know when I was traveling outside of the States last year. They suspended my account because they detected that I was in a non service country. I have to emailed them and provide proof of travel..

      Did you have to repeatedly followup with them to get a response? How long was the turnaround in your case? Thanks for any insight.

      Total forever. They are very slow with responses. Took almost two months. I have to constantly emailed them.. after a month or so still nothing.. I then went on Apple Store and complained on there but it worked. They unlocked my account.
