2. If it was suspended, how r you posting? I'm sorry that happened to you, they're bad at responding
It says that my account has been suspended, and I was asked to reach out via email. I have sent two emails but have not received any responses. I am unaware of the reason for the suspension and what steps to take. Can anyone help?

Is it possible that you have the same account info on multiple devices, i.e. your smart phone and a smart watch? Or more than one account with the same info? Using a VPN for access? Some apps don't allow that. Don't know, just throwing some ideas out there.

My is suspended too. Tried to cash out and had the same message. I got 23000cpins now. Write them everyday from month and No respond. Do not know what to do either. I tried to open new account and do not use that one but just here I can do challenges thrue website community. My feeds do not work still after last update. When I open another account did not have feeds either but when log on thrue website community got differente referral code. It is ridiculous. I am getting mad. Can do challenges, steps but can't redeem coins🤔😤
