I had the same thing happen to me with a Starbucks gift card on Dec 04... it actually showed up yesterday.. never happened before either. It's seems to be happening to others as well this month.
Yesterday, I redeemed my rewards points for a chipotle gift card. While the points were deducted from my account, I have not received or seen the gift card in my account or email.
This happened first time with me.
