Something is wrong with the app

A couple months back I had reached 3000 coins. I went to redeem and it said I needed to verify my phone number. When I entered my phone number it said the number was already verified. Then I lost 1000 coins. I just got back to 3000 again and now it's still saying my number is verified already and won't let me redeem my coins. I've been using this app for well over a year. This is ridiculous. I also noticed ten months of walking disappeared from my "trends" records.
