The daily lucky box increases your amount in total coins earned, at every 1000 step mark. It is annoying to watch the ads. So far I was able to collect one time. The email hopefully you can figure it out with customer service.

Did you sign up for the app with your apple account? If so that's a private relay email address from apple it's what it puts when you click hide my email your iPhone generates essentially a fake forwarding email through apple servers and it relays through that server to your email

When I have a lazy day with few steps, I just shake my phone a lot for the next thousand steps. I noticed it from the first day and now I do it all the time! ๐คฃ

It goes by satellite from the tracker you have in your phone not sure what they count as a step i can't shake my phone it doesn't work
