Missing points

I've been a long time user for ur app for a few years now. I noticed my points have not been adding up. I looked at the daily log that shows ur history and it shows over 2 week gap that I didn't receive my daily points. From 2/11/25 -- 3/01/25. I have the same daily routine walking 3-5 miles a day (at work) Also noticed my daily points r not all accounted for. Can u pls fix this problem. Thank u in advance 😊 Madeline~
