Preparing for 2025 5K, MCM’s 1/2 marathon and October 26mile marsthon

There are 28 days left until the Marine Corps Semper Fred 5K in Fredericksburg, Virginia, on May 17, 2025. The race is held the day before the Marine Corps Historic Half.  Im doing both of those again this year
