No photo authorization for challenges???

I'm trying to do a challenge. I've never done one before. I take a time stamped photo but when I click save, I get text at the bottom of the screen saying "no photo authorization". How am I supposed to save photos for the challenges?

I've contact support but have not yet received a response.
