Có nên áp dụng phương pháp cân bằng bằng cách đưa thêm những yếu tố khác vào không?

Hay tốt hơn là đợi đến khi trưởng thành hơn?

    It's possible but not recommended with younger kids. I've read minimum age 16 but you should check with a doctor before starting

    I've personally known a few professional athletes who integrated it and were ill for a month. Once they started feeling better (still on keto diet they overall lost a lot of their athletic abilities. Once they dropped the diet after a week they started to get better. Everyone is different but check with a DR first.
