Tôi thấy chế độ ăn keto được khuyến khích rất nhiều để giảm cân. Liệu nó có còn được khuyến khích nếu bạn không có ý định giảm cân không? Chế độ ăn keto có nhược điểm nào trong trường hợp này không?

    After doing research and talking with nutritionists I have come to the conclusion (not a Dr so do your own research if you are actually thinking about that diet) that the keto diet is one of the worst fads for health. There is a thing called keto illness which causes the initial weight loss (you will literally end up vomiting and with diarrhea for a week or so (depending on your initial diet) . Eating a balanced diet especially focusing on plants is a much better route.
