That is actually correct as losing weight have to do with 80% of our diet and 20% exercise from articles I have read. Now if you are eating healthy and in a calorie deficit, then you will definitely lose weight. But the good thing about exercising is that it helps build your muscles and keep your heart healthy. Also it helps with lifting moods which can come with dieting making one feel sluggish sometimes. Exercising is great even if it's just walking about. So combining exercise with a diet will definitely make you feel great😁.
You may lose weight yes, but not as much and way slower than if you were to exercise. Highly recommend cardio or aerobics while on keto. Shoot, you can even do fast paced walking, which will help tremendously while on keto!
