Absolutely, yes! While no one said it was an easy diet to stick with long-term, the weight loss results are often worth it if you have more than 15 or 20 lb to lose. For me personally, the weight practically fell off my body when I managed to stick to the eating plan and exercise a reasonable amount to compliment it. Good luck!
