Câu hỏi về việc nhịn ăn gián đoạn

Xin chào tất cả mọi người,

 

Tôi đã bắt đầu nhịn ăn gián đoạn được khoảng hai ngày. Tôi cũng bỏ ăn bánh mì và tráng miệng. Tôi cũng theo chế độ nhịn ăn 168. Mọi người có thể gợi ý cho tôi nếu tôi dự định giảm 10kg (từ 78kg xuống 68kg) trong khoảng 3 tháng, thì tôi nên ăn thêm loại thực phẩm nào và nên tránh loại thực phẩm nào không? Cảm ơn.

    If you are very diligent and have a great amount of self-control then I would suggest to be stricter with the types of food that you allow yourself to eat.  However if you know that you tend to indulge yourself once in a while, then I think moderation is key.  The point of intermittent fasting is not to interfere with the specific types of food that you do eat, but rather the timing of it.

    Don't eat fried food. You can have more fruits.

    Have a well balanced meal that is volumetric on protein and fiber with small amounts of good fats and carbs !!! Keep an eye to see if you are adding in all the nutrients and vitamins needed for the body as well so a different meal with that considered each day will keep you healthy while losing fat !!

    Definitely fried food, frozen food , sugary drinks and sweets. Anything that is highly processed.
