Có ai bị đau đầu nhẹ sau khi nhịn ăn 16 tiếng hoặc hơn không? Tôi thì có. Không phải đau đầu dữ dội, nhưng nó cứ làm tôi khó chịu mỗi khi tôi nhịn ăn gián đoạn :(

I feel like that might be related to not having enough food which is why I am hesitant to dive into intermittent fasting. Might also want to make sure you are drinking enough water.
