Nhịn ăn gián đoạn?!?! Cách tốt nhất

Bạn nghĩ cách tốt nhất để nhịn ăn gián đoạn là gì?

Tôi cảm thấy như mình nhịn ăn từ 9 giờ tối đến 3 giờ chiều rồi từ 3 giờ 30 chiều đến khoảng 8 giờ 30 tối và điều đó không hiệu quả với tôi.

    It depends on your lifestyle & tolerance for hunger.
    Ending eating around 9pm as you suggested is desirable range since stomach also has to prepare for resting from digesting food. By stopping food at 9pm you're also helping body to get better sleep.
    But if you really fast till 3pm as you said, that may be extreme since you also need food as energy source & depriving yourself of such critical source till 3pm, which is almost late afternoon, may activate an undesirable mechanism that body uses to deliver energy that could lead to obesity eventually. 
    That may be why it's not working. If you don't want breakfast, that's fine but i recommend you to begin eating at least around noon.
