Trusting God always is good, but remember, God ask you to take care of your body because it is a temple.  so, if you think you are a temple, you have to take care of it and go with the builders (doctors) when it has a problem, so you can serve Him more time.

Realistically no. God does not help thouse who do nothing to improve themselves. If you do not act on your blood pressure problem then you will die younger with a heart attack or stroke. God is there to support you. Not fix your problems for you.

Summer Camp

Going to church and reading the Bible could certainly lower your blood pressure because these things calm your body. Never ever hurts to pray!! God is good!! 🙏
