MMio Marito quando ha avuto pressione alta ha avuto mal di testa fortissimo che non passava neanche con antinfiammatori e poi misurando la pressione era effettivamente alta quindi doveva mettere gocce sotto la lingua per abbassarla

I actually had never heard of the term  "hypertensive crisis"  before now. I definitely think you asked a good question because people in general need to know this information.

It looks like a hypertensive crisis is when your blood pressure is 180/120 or greater and it can damage your organs so it's considered an emergency you should seek help for.

Symptoms of a hypertensive crisis may include:

    Anxiety.
    Blurred vision.
    Chest pain.
    Confusion.
    Nausea and vomiting.
Not responding to stimulation, called unresponsiveness.
    Seizures.
    Severe headache.
    Shortness of breath.

I included the link for Mayo Clinic where I found the symptom list in case anyone wants to read it

A hypertensive crisis is a medical emergency. It can lead to a heart attack, stroke or other life-threatening health problems. Seek emergency medical help for anyone with these blood pressure numbers.
