    No idea but every year will go for a check in hospital to make sure that everything is fine or anything need to pay attention

    In July of 2024, I sliced my finger badly while preparing dinner. At the urgent care facility, the nurse took my blood pressure. The top number was in the 160's. I don't recall the bottom number. I thought it was situational. The nurse took my blood pressure three times over the space of 4 hours because I wasn't convinced that my elevated blood pressure wasn't a result of my accident. It stayed the same.  I had a well woman visit scheduled for a week later, and it was still in the same high range. So, I met with my GP the following week. I was about to to turn 57 when this happened.  I had no symptoms. The year before, my rate was fine. It seems I inherited this. Many people on my dad's side of the family had high blood pressure in their 50's. A few died of stroke. Grandfather in his late fifties and a couple in their early-mid sixties. My sister also has high blood pressure and hers started earlier than mine. She is also in her 50's. She had a mini stroke. She's fine but It really can be the silent killer.

    My high blood pressure was diagnosed when I was 30. My doctor caught it early so I am not on everyday meds yet but there weren't any symptoms to start. It just creeps up on my family due to genetics.

    I found out at the age of 25. Just recently, I started experiencing occasional dizziness and shortness of breath during workouts. I went in for a routine check-up and found out that my blood pressure is higher than normal. Probably from factors like poor diet, lack of exercise, and high stress. I'm currently looking into dietary changes, increasing physical activity, and managing stress to lower blood pressure and avoid long-term health issues.
