I haven't paid attention if we lose the ones we collected from actually walking since they aren't resetting. I work nights and this is the 2nd after midnight it didn't reset.

I haven't paid attention if we lose the ones we collected from actually walking since they aren't resetting. I work nights and this is the 2nd after midnight it didn't reset.
I personally reset the app everyday - happened it twice so far...
Steps count has been frozen,what should I do to start a new day with new count?
This won't solve the whole issue of the app but atleast you can be able to participate the challenges still. A cashwalker helped me yesterday with this problem. If you are having android, do this: 1. Go to your phone settings 2. Look for the "Apps" then press it 3. Look for cashwalk, clear data and cache (When I pressed my cashwalk app, I found my "clear data and cache" at the storage area). 4. After doing that, Cashwalk will reset so make sure you know your ID and password, then log in. (No worries, you won't lose your coins in your account just your old steps).
