A cashwalker helped me out yesterday with this problem. If you are having android, do this:
1. Go to your phone settings
2. Look for the "Apps" then press it
3. Look for cashwalk, clear data and cache
(When I pressed my cashwalk app, I found my "clear data and cache" at the storage area).
4. After doing that, Cashwalk will reset so make sure you know your ID and password, then log in. (No worries, you won't lose your coins in your account just your old steps).

i never need to reset it, it is automatically reset when the day ended
