I love those bushes, my grandma used to have a bush like that, I still miss it and her. Apparently there is a fiction tale behind the flower as you take apart...tragic romance story. The pink heart are slipper that a lover gave his girl, then inside the white part is a sword with which he killed himself...there is more to the story, but I don't remember it, my grandma used to tell it to me when I was little
