7 days a week. I usually average 17,000 steps a day. I do apple fitness at home in the mornings and then go to a studio with cardio, strength training and circuits 6 days a week in the evenings. I love group classes!

I walk everyday and go to the gym at least 3 days a week. It's harder going to the gym now that it's nice out.
