Try uninstall and reinstall using same log in has worked for me in the past. Sometimes takes a few days to reset. Also clear cashe before reinstalling

What i find out that about iphone : * you have icloud + privet relay off - a lot of points form chest * if you have icloud + - privet relay on - only 1 coin

I don't know how they calculate the steps, do we have to hold the phone the whole time we are walking? Maybe so cuz my watch says I had 7,645 steps today. Then I see a lot of names flashing saying they won 1,000 coins...unb. I'm going to keep my phone on me all day tmrw and see what happens.
