I'm not sure what has caused the harsh words here but clearly the issue can be resolved cause this app is legitimate. I've used this app for 3+ years, I wouldn't have hung around if it was a waste of time. Customer support does offer help but at time can take some time due to a high number of requests. If you have tried emailing them, be patient. Are you not receiving the coins for the steps you're taking or have you been waiting for the gift card redemption process to be approved? Or something else entirely?
