I've been lucky as mine have always been instant but I think the longest I've seen in the comments is a month and still counting. At one point I was thinking that what might be bogging it down is people with really high coin counts trying to redeem ridiculous number of cards at once, but you can only do one redeem a day (my experience), so that knocks out that reasoning. The only other thing I can think of is one of 3 things: although it seems to becoming wide spread now among users, issues with the internal programing in acquiring and distributing the gift cards; having trouble with the various gift issuers themselves (and contract issues) as they have to get the valid codes from them (coming into 'tis the season' for fraud and scams); more players than available gift cards; or combo of all the above.

If you are still waiting, you might want to check with the person who owns the app or something because it might be a problem in the system or something and sometimes that ain't good or anything so like you should probably check with the owner of the app, it would probably work, but it will probably not. You gotta get a hold of the person, but that's gonna be difficult and I'm so sorry we can't help we're sorry😢 💀💀
