Impressionist paintings - Mingle with cashwalk event #10

I like French inpressionsts. Their art work deserve attention. I've chosen two artists: Claude Monet and Pierre-Auguste Renoir. I'll present two pieces each of their art works in the comment section of this post.

This painting by Monet entitled "The Poppy Field near Argenteuil" in 1873 was shown in the first impressionist exhibition in 1874.

This piece is one of the great achievements among Monet's art works. The tile is "Water Lilies and Japanese Bridge." He signed Claude Monet 99. It means he completed this piece in 1899.

This is also well known piece of Monet's work. The title of this painting is "Green Reflection." Around the time of this painting, he had a problem with his eyesight. Dark green color contrasts with the lilies.

Renoir's second painting I have in mind is "Luncheon Of the Boating Party." people in the painting are all identified. Renoir's friends are having food, wine, and conversation on a balcony. It was rhe best known and most popular art work around 1923.
