Thanks..I just uninstalled and installed the app..and set it back to 0 steps...luckily I put my challenge photo in the log before I did that.. I work at an aquarium and I do a whole Lotta walking back and forth across the facility.

I updated at midnight last night when my steps didn't reset and now it says I'm up to date. Will they restart at midnight tonight or should I uninstall and reinstall?
Wondering the same thing? If someone could answer back that would help
I also experienced the glitch. But I didn't Uninstall and reinstall. Mine works fine now.
I reinstalled but my daily lucky boxes didn't. I lost all my steps too!

I Already did it and they haven't counted my coins, on the contrary i take away all the coins I earned yesterday and today.
Thanks I was wondering like why my steps weren't resetting.
The last 2 days I have been getting shorted on coins, coins have been collected then when I look at phone again I notice that coins have been deleted (I went from having 823 coins and I collect 109 coins that'll it 932, plus coins s I collected from boxes and lottery, should have been over 1,000 when all was said and done. I just looked at my phone and im back down to 878 coins. That used to happen once in awhile, but usually just a few coins, never that many at once! How?! Since the update I've been having more issues than ever before!
I noticed that happen to me too in the last couple of days.
Same thing is happening to me. I lost at least 400 coins
60 coins stolen from me overnight too. I have screenshots so hopefully I can get them back. I've been using this app for only 3 days and so far it's been a full fledged circus.

Me too. Coins are added, then disappear. Grand total on screen does not change.
Coins disappeared and reappeared. It was weird. I've used this app for months and this is the first issue like this.
I average between 13,000-22,000 a day. How do I update without losing the 34k coins and the step history?
Am I going to lose my gift card and points
Still not resetting after update. Plus will not let redeem my points for gift card.
After the update the steps did not reset and I lost 50 coins.
In my opinion, you may consider a compensation to your customers for the inconvenience how users spent time for nothing for those couple of days, with some stress as well.
It's all new to me
Please tell us how to update the app without going throhgh uninstall/reinstall process. I don't see an "update" function anywhere on the app. When I reinstalled yesterday morning 8/28/24 at around 3 am, the steps were reset but steps were not recognized by the app system although the lock screen chest box was collecting and the coin count was going up for a few seconds. Then went back down to the original count. It seems working now, though. Do I still have to update? Or do I have a newer version of your app even if I reinstalled before you fixed and posted this notice late last night?
On the home page, click the three bars on the top left, then the gear icon. It will tell you if you need to update at the top.

How do I update
I have reinstalled 3 times updated and it will not reset my steps. I cannot lose my coins. Please help
By the way, Heather, I really want to tell you. Your coins have a expiration date. It is better to redeem as soon as you acheive over 2250 coins (Android base) or over 5000 coins (iOS base). After redeemed, the vouchers/gift cards usually don't have a limited time to use. Besides, redemption has one time limit for 24 hours. So it takes time to redeem all your coins.
I've un-installed and installed the app several times now and nothing has happened. The steps haven't reset at all. I've lost lots of coins these past couple of days. How long before the app is fixed. Up until now the app was doing great. I don't see an update option for this app either.
App hasn't let me collect step coins for the last 3 days. I'm missing 533 coins because of it. I have sent 3 emails to support and have heard nothing back.
I'm in the same situation. The support team should respond to our email msg about what's going on, or at least if they rec'd email. In each challenge notice, it is written: "If you have any questions, please email contact us(in-app > menu > setting> "contact us")." However, what's the notice for if they don't exercise their own notice.
