Tôi nghĩ mình nên bắt đầu ghi chép lại những việc mình đang làm để cải thiện sức khỏe thể chất. Giờ thì muộn rồi, để sau. Hy vọng sẽ nhớ được.

That's a great idea, and I highly recommend it.
Keeping a log of early activities helps us become aware of ourselves, and knowing ourselves is an important first step to take in order to build good habits.
I say this from my own experience. Logging my day helped me achieve more than a couple of goals.
