M17. Cố gắng giảm cân

Khi mùa hè chuyển sang, tôi đang cố gắng giảm cân.

Cắt giảm một số thực phẩm, nhưng không có nhiều thời gian để tập thể dục. Tôi chỉ tập thể dục ở nhà. Tôi có thể làm gì khác?

    Try to get some exercise in while doing other things. For example, do some calf raises while brushing your teeth, or leg lifts while watching TV.

    eat protien and walk when ever you can. also, watch motivational vids to keep you motivated!

    Take the stairs, take the long way... change the exercises too. The body needs to be worked in multiple ways. Having been at work for 10 years on my feet, on concrete, I've gotten lazy with those crazy granny floor exercises that sometimes 10 year old do at school. I'm now having to do those instead of 4 plus mile hikes due to my knee. So, light weights, don't neglect stretching or weird floor moves or even yoga. Yoga and Billy Blanks were my go to back in the day but now, I wouldn't be able to keep up. Dancing too... that is a super easy, natural and pleasant form of weight lose and toning. 
    
    Back to the one comment, squats or knee raises while brushing your teeth!! Me and my coworker do that and she's 20 years older than me.
