White stonecrop (Sedum acre) is found in the northern temperate regions of the world. It got such name because it often grows among stones, walls, dry banks, seashore rocks and in rocky meadows

 

Stonecrop is a flowering plant that has sometimes been used to make medicine. People use common stonecrop for cough, high blood pressure or applied directly to the skin for wounds, burns, hemorrhoids, warts, eczema, and mouth ulcers.
