To get fit, do like me, everyday, everywhere:

9. Incorporating HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts into my routine helps me boost my metabolism and burn calories efficiently.
10. I make it a habit to track my progress and set new fitness goals regularly to stay motivated and focused on my workout routine.
