For Weight loss folks. What pulls you up into the gym every day?

AlI'll go first for me is my health situation god diagnosis with diabetes and hypertension about a year ago and have been working on getting my weight down ever since.

    One of them is what I call Time Blocking. I assign a block of time to do a very specific task. And I disciplined myself to carry out that plan without questioning. When the alarm or a reminder goes off, I drop whatever I was doing and get to that task right away. It's not easy as a busy adult with many priorities, but this has been the most effective habit that I built.
