Focus on Breathing

Whatever excercise I do, i focus on my breathing. It's almost like meditation. Try it out and it might work for you or it might bot. Give it a try!

    It's better to execute tasks like in a particular frequency

    It's a great way to enhance the exercise! I also often do 10-20 connected breaths before I start my morning exercise (connected breathing = breathing with no pause between inhalation and exhalation).
