    Hi Hello Everyone and this excrise workout I did that already this afternoon only put that small size is 2lbs arm push ups and downs 15 times and pushed it very close by the shoulder 10 times and pushed it back by my hand straight up 10 times that it is but that was very easy how to do it but that is not bad ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘ pretty good ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ชdo it everyday. Please stay safe and stay healthy.
