Keeping Routine

How do you stay motivated as the week ends? I find I can get my workouts in on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday but my motivation rapidly declines as I get near the end of the week and especially the weekend. Needing some tips and tricks from everybody, thanks! :)

    I actually prefer to work out Monday, Tuesday and Fridays, Saturday. I try to pace myself and go for walk on days I don't work out.
