Tips for self motivation

Hey experts, what is your main reason for workout? And how you keep the motivation? I need some advice to reboost my motivation for workout.

    well, it depends on what are your goals and remember them.  I am having almost the same problem.  I have a goal but I had been working so hard that I am tired.  but this week I am starting again.  setting up new goals and do them short time, for example a week goal.  and enjoy it.  there is no better cause than health
