Honestly, the thing that saps my motivation is how tedious some aspects of exercise can be for me. If I can listen to an audiobook or a podcast, I'm good. When I go to the gym and discover I forgot my air pods, that's going to be a grind. I might even leave to find the closest dollar store to get cheap earbuds.
