It's time for bed now and I'm always determined at night that tomorrow I'll get up to journal. I know the reflection helps and will lead to exercise. Maybe tomorrow I'll be right.

I also have a problem with that; I tend to think and plan too much.
I say you do not determine it. Do not think about doing it. Just stop thinking about it.
Instead, get the hell out of your seat and do it. You don't have to journal every day, and it does not have to be a paragraph.
