I can't bend my left leg so it's really hard to find workouts that are actually useful for me but it all depends on what body part u trying to work out... when in doubt, I stick to old school... sit ups, push ups. Etc... good luck 👍
Where do you find useful work out tips? For example, is youtube a good source? Can you reccomend some youtubers?
