What's your best hack?

Best hack to maintain the motivation? Something that's really worked for you. Cuz some days,i just don't feel like it.

    My daughter and I play Just Dance on Wii when I don't feel up to a traditional workout. It gets the blood pumping and counts as cardio, plus we have fun. Best of all we both feel like we are actually getting better and it's a confidence boost to see how you can pull of some dance moves that were definitely not on your roster before. 
    
    On my really lazy days I just make sure to move. If I'm watching TV, videos, etc I just stand up and stretch or do basic moves like standing with my feet a bit wider than shoulder width and moving my hips from side to side while twisting my upper body so my chest is facing the outside of the leg I'm putting more weight on.
    
    Another move can be done sitting down I use 5 lb dumbells or water bottles and keeping my arms straight lift them from my sides to over my head, or from straight down up to shoulder height (like a mummy)   then another is holding my arms straight up and bending my elbow so my hand comes down behind my head with my elbow at a 90 degree angle and repeat.
