If anyone know, diet is key to any type of weightloss. Out of my whole 10 years of personal training I have only see the best results in those that diet well. Yea people will get stronger but mid-section weight will never fall if the diet isn't right.
Eat like a king (morning )
Eat like a queen (afternoon)
Eat like a peasant (night)
