I failed again *Mingle with Cashwalk #18* Day 7

I failed again

It is the second day in a row that I do not manage to finish my steps target for August for 20k steps. Yesterday I did a shocking 14k and today 4k more and I stopped the step count at 18k steps.

Today was the third time that I failed to reach 20k daily steps. If I want to reach 20k on average I need to step up the ante. Will I be able to do it?

I am too old

The positive note for today was that I manage to proper run for 1 minute. It was an intense 1 minute run. I am much better than I have ever did, apart from that day that I was 3rd at a run race in Campo Franscia around 29 years ago.

But it is still not bad for a 48½ years young! ๐ŸŒฑ

To be honest that sounds really impressive to me! And I also heard that the step counter on this app is not the best ๐Ÿ˜…

Seriously 10,000+ steps is a good goal. ย I find when I do 14,000 steps or more my planters fasciitis acts up.

15-18k is pretty good. Just push yourself a little bit at a time.. continues with your good work.

    66. Why the fuck do you want to get 20K steps. That's a waste of time unless you are running.

I am 26, will be 27 next month and I struggle to run for 1 minute. Every person's body is different and we all have our limits. Your walking steps are amazing! I'm lucky if I reach that amount.ย
