Make daily routine

My days start with stretching following protein shake as breakfast. Then after work, I go gym everyday except Friday as my gym closes early. I do heavy lift on weekdays and cardio on weekend before breakfast. I made a daily or weekly routine and try to make as habit.

    We make time for those things that are important. I have a routine of going to the gym in the evening at 4-5 times a week.
