Hello. I'm not a professional, but just an amateur of running, only in the open air, with the sky above me and the rest of nature around me. My belly shrinks, just by running, even not fast, especially uphill. As in running, uphill after uphill, even in the challenges of everyday life, the uphills will become increasingly downhills : this is my personal motivation and also my wish, for me and for all of you ๐ช๐ช๐ช!
