- 10 seconds break

- 1 minutes break
- 20 pushups in 1 minute
- 10 seconds break
- 20 pushups in 1 minute
- 10 seconds break
- 20 pushups in a minute
- 10 seconds break
- 20 pushups in a minute
- 10 seconds break
- 20 pushups in a minute
- 1 minute break
- Jogging speed running on treadmill for 30 minutes
This short break excercise helps burning your fat especially your bellt. If you do it before breakfast, it is way effective for fat burn.
