I find the best leg workouts at the ones that you can do consistently and easily.
I like to do squats, lunges and wall sits. You can start with 5 each of you're a beginner with a 30 seconds break between each set. And then repeat it again 2 more times. It doesn't take long and it really workouts your leg muscles.
If you find 5 too easy then add to 10 or 15. But don't overdo it. Consistency is key!
