So to start off I would actually go for a run outside. I do about 30 seconds of walking and 1-2 minutes of running/jogging everyday. And I repeat this every day about 10 times. So I'll usualy run for 20 minutes and have 5 minutes of resting. And I do this once or twice a day. So if I did it twice a day that would be 40 minutes in running and 10 minutes of resting/walking. Then after that I would hop on a treadmill then I would do 30 seconds of jogging 15 seconds of sprinting and a 10 second rest/walk. I also do a bit more but I've wrote enough already๐๐
